Cookie Dough

Sometimes you want to eat a cookie – but not a baked cookie; a raw one. But you don’t want to get sick from the ingredients being raw (like an egg). Eating cookie dough doesn’t have to be just a dream – here’s a no-egg recipe that you can whip up and munch on now. Because who cares about your diet!?

INGREDIENTS:
115 grams Butter (softened)
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup all purpose flour (regular OR gluten free)
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup of the additional ingredients (choose 1 or a combination)

Additional Ingredients:
– chocolate chips
– rolled oats
– raisins
– dried fruit

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all together and eat. OR you can scoop into balls and then freeze and help yourself to a cookie dough ball when you’re feeling peckish, or needing a little pick-me-up.

Also works with gluten free flour such as Edmonds Gluten Free Flour.
