Pizza Pinwheels

This takes about 10 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook, meaning you can do it RIGHT NOW for lunch 😀

I use my No-Yeast Pizza Dough recipe for the bread part.

INGREDIENTS (base)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon Italian Herbs (OPTIONAL)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.  Mix the dry ingredients together.  Add 3/4 cup of water and oil.  Stir until it combines.  If the dough is stiff, add more water.  The dough should be soft, but not sticky.  Knead it on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Split in half, roll out each half, and make each pizza pinwheel using your favourite toppings.  I usually put tomato paste, onions,, ham and then finally cheese.

Next, roll the dough up until it forms a delicious looking doughy, pizza log.

Using a sharp, possibly floured, knife, cut up the log into 3cm sections.  I got about 10 pinwheels out of it.  Arrange these on a baking tray with a 2cm gap between each one.

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

NOTE: I only used half of the dough, and popped the other in the fridge for the next day (in glad wrap). It was fine this way and turned out just the same.
