Five Ways To Enjoy Anchor Uno

Anchor Uno

Recently, my children and I attended the Ice Age Live experience, which was sponsored by Anchor Uno.  If you haven’t tried it – Anchor Uno yoghurt is a handy snack to grab on the go for the kids. We were given some to try on arrival to the show, and it kept the kids going (and happy!) while they watched the performance.

Anchor Uno is a specially formulated probiotic yoghurt with no bits. It contains iron, zinc, folate, vitamin D & B6, which helps support the immune system.

Anchor Uno has no artificial colours or flavours and no artificial sweeteners. Did you know that Anchor Uno has the lowest sugar kids’ fruit yoghurts out there*?

My kids are yoghurt fiends, so the fact it is lower in sugar is AMAZING.

Anchor Uno Afternoon Tea

Over the last couple of years, I’ve found I use yoghurt for a whole range of different things -more than just the simple afternoon tea treat:

1. Dips
Cut up pieces of fruit and let your kids dip them in the yoghurt.  Use a skewer if your kids are a little older, or a tooth pick if they have smaller hands (or a fork!).

2. Cereal
Using yoghurt instead of milk, with cereal, has been one of my GO TO life-hacks.  Not only is it great for the kids, but it means if the kids knock the bowl off the table, there is much less of a spill.

3. Lunch Boxes
You can include an Anchor Uno pouch in your kids’ lunch box – a perfect filler for them!  Keep the caps too – because they click together and you can make some pretty awesome things.

4. Ice Blocks
Pour the yoghurt into an ice block mould and freeze it!  Perfect for a treat.

5. Smoothies
Adding Anchor Uno yoghurt to a smoothie is a great way to get a whole heap of nutrients into your child.  My kids have had KALE in their smoothies and don’t know the difference!

So whether you use your Anchor Uno for breakfast, snacks or dessert, it really is a perfect option for your kids.
