Friday Favourites: The One With The School Visit

First official week of December, and Summer, is now done and dusted. My daughter turned 5, we had 2 school visits, we were in the local Santa Parade. I also had a cold all week, and was extremely worried we were going to lose another kitten; as he was VERY sick.

FAVOURITE: School Visit

Chloe (my now 5 year old) had her second and third school visits this week. The more she goes, the more she relaxes and it is wonderful to see her in the classroom. The teacher at the school is absolutely amazing (as are the other teacher’s I’ve met too), and I feel so comfortable knowing Chloe will be in good hands when she officially starts next year.

LEAST FAVOURITE: Being Sick

Look body, just stop getting sick ok?! Just a cold for a Mum is a right pain in the ass. Sometimes I can’t even complete sentences because my brain is fuzzy and it’s NOT HELPFUL! Especially when I’m in the middle of telling my kids off and they think it’s funny that I’ve stopped talking ….

FAVOURITE: Instax Mini 8 with Disney Film

I got sent an incredibly amazing gift – the Instax Mini 8 with Disney Film … meaning I can take photos over the Christmas break and have the cutest themed photo frame! There’s also a Frozen themed set too. Because I already have an Instax Camera, be sure to keep an eye out on my page for a giveaway ❤

FAVOURITE: Munch Award Winner

Last month I was nominated (along with several other amazing bloggers), as the Best Kids Food Blog. The public voted, and it was announced this week that my website won the award. You guys know how I feel about this: a little bit of a fraud only because I’m not an exclusive food blogger, however the masses did speak. I was overwhelmed by the support, and by the fact that you guys love my balanced view on parenting / food.  So thank you to you guys for voting, and thank you to Munch for nominating me.
