I just watched Kelly Clarkson’s performance on American Idol, and I was in tears. I don’t have any of the experiences she has had, but I heard her story. I listened to her lyrics and I watched her emotions.
It’s about her experiences with her own Dad, and how amazing her husband is now – to her and her family.
Kelly Clarkson won the original American Idol Series, and is currently pregnant and very close to delivering her second child.
The judges reactions to her song also brought me to tears as it was clear she connected with them.
