Movie Review: Logan
I wanted to see this movie for several reasons: it’s Wolverine. It’s Hugh Jackman. It’s Sir Patrick Stewart. I swoon over both of those men – and no, I do not care about the age of SPS.
They’re both incredibly amazing actors and I’ve watched them for many years.
But most importantly: I love X-Men. I love anything to do with it. I used to watch the cartoon as a kid and was obsessed.
So when my friend Lisa (from the Lisasaurus Blog) invited me to go with her, I jumped at the chance.

MY THOUGHTS:
I loved it from beginning to end. Loads of action – especially from the wee girl who is introduced to us. Wolverine and Captain Piccard are looking a lot older, but it certainly doesn’t stop the ass from being kicked by them!
There were a couple of really emotional scenes, but because of my current lack of sleep state, my emotions refused to come out. It was like I had no soul. I did get goosebumps at one particular scene though.
I am sad to see the Wolverine franchise end – but it is a fitting ending for one amazing character.
Hugh Jackman will forever and always be Wolverine in my eyes.
WILL YOU NEED TISSUES:
Maybe, depends on your emotional state. There are a couple of tear-inducing scenes. But like I said above, I was a cold hearted bitch last night and I gave out nothing LOL!
DOES THE MOVIE FEEL TOO LONG:
Yes. But again, that could be because it was well passed my bedtime.
IS THERE ROMANCE INVOLVED:
No thank god.
WHAT’S THE RATING
R16: graphic violence, offensive language and cruelty. So no kids LOLOL!
WOULD I BUY THE DVD:
Sure would! It was a great movie. DVD worthy in my opinion.
