My Weight-loss: The Beginning

I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten on and fallen off the band wagon. But whatever happens, I’m documenting it here.

My successes and my fails.

This post is showing you my weight, and my measurements. Each week I will update how I’ve been doing and show you my progress. I will let you know what I’m eating, what I’m not eating … and I’ll let you know how I’m feeling.

I feel like this is the only way I’m going to lose weight.

I know what I have to do. I know how to do it. I just need to do it and stick to it.
